We are supporting our rescue partners in Chetumal with two dogs who are currently hospitalized.

Bear, the dog with the infected paw, just had his leg amputated. His infection was spreading and he was in excruciating pain. When he is well enough, he will be neutered, vaccinated and anything else he needs to find a family of his very own. The lady who cares for him is poor and she wants a better life for him 😢

Goliath is a 6 month old puppy who was found near an abandoned house with a cord tied around his neck. It looks like someone wanted him to die. He was extremely anemic, starving and covered in ticks. Already he has received a blood transfusion, is stable and eating. This baby will need a home soon.
