Our partner rescue in Chetumal found this gentle soul and asked us to support the his vetting, but it was too late. The most compassionate thing to do was to end his suffering. This is the sad reality here. This is why we work so hard to raise money to support spaying and neutering. No animal should suffer like this. Rest easy sweet angel. We promise to work harder.
