Not only does my super awesome friend Michelle Oakes make the yearly pilgrimage from Ohio to Costa Maya (alone in her car) to volunteer and bring donations, this year she brought the greatest gift of all – Riblet. This gorgeous little boy was struggling alone on the street. She saw it. She stopped. In the rain. She literally saved his life. We helped support his consultation with our vet and will support his upcoming surgery. Yesterday he got to meet the other dogs here at the rescue 🥰 You can read his story in Michelle’s posts below.
