We’ve been taking care of military dogs at their post a few miles from here. They have a momma, papa and 8 babies. We go and bring food, deworm the babies, treat for ticks and fleas. I BEGGED them not to give the puppies up for “adoption” until I can get them all sterilized. They agreed. Today two different sets of neighbors came by with their new puppies who are sick and not eating. Apparently the military drove up the beach road offering puppies to anyone who wants them. I feel like screaming. This will never end
