Blanquita update* After a week in the hospital, she was finally strong enough for pyometra surgery yesterday. Pyometra occurs when an intact (unspayed) females’ uterus becomes infected and fills with puss. The condition is life threatening if left untreated. We can’t even imagine how this would play out if she were still on the street. Please send good vibes to our girl
