Ariel and Gala had “owners” but have been on the street for over 5 months. Independent rescuer and awesome human Pancitas Felices got them off the street and to the vet. Because our supporters are so generous, we are able to sponsor their blood work, diagnostics, medicated baths and recovery canned food. These sweet girls are both positive for heartworm …
Recently a young girl asked for our help. Her neighbor’s dog had puppies, and all but two babies died. The mom lived on a chain. She was just bones. The local rescue community removed the little family and got them to the vet and then into a foster home. With your support, we sponsored their vet visits, diagnostics, meds and …
Pelusa, now Lexie, lived on the street in Mahahual. We met her at a sterilization campaign last March and didn’t have the heart to return her to the street after her surgery. She was just adopted in Canada and has 3 human siblings all to herself
Thank you Dra. Claus Landero for your endless devotion to street dogs, Paws Across the Water for your love of Mexi pups and every person who helps us save lives
Happiest new life Pelusa xoxoxo

Rescuers see heartbreak everyday. When we saw Hero, we were shaken to the core. He was used as a bait dog, and his body was broken. Along with our partners, Estética & Estancia para Mascotas “A Pata Suelta”, we got him off the street, to the hospital (where he stayed for almost 2 months) and then to his temporary home (doggy daycare). Hero’s infected wounds took forever to heal. Little by little he turned into the gorgeous boy he is today. Last week he was ADOPTED into a local home. He has a doggy sister, a large yard with a roof to keep him dry and a mom of his very own
A million thanks to our partners Adriana & Ingrid who cared for him for months and to our supporters who make the dream possible!
**Two months of daycare donated! Thank you Barbara and Kiran ❤

He is safe, happy and loved. Never again will he sleep on hard concrete or walk through traffic His stay is $120/month. We are looking …
