Fellow rescuer Ma Guadalupe Ortiz Mendez found this little boy on the street. This homeless pup is quite literally being eaten alive by ticks. How many people saw him suffering and just kept walking? We are sponsoring his vet appointment today. Will update later 😭😭😭
