His name is Toby. Our rescue partners published his case 2 days ago. Toby was left, along with several puppies, in an abandoned house. In the first pic he is laying on a second floor ledge 
Local rescuers managed to place all the babies in homes, but Toby needed medical care. He was weak, infested with ticks, and his bloodwork showed an infection. He is resting with the beautiful people at Estética & Estancia para Mascotas “A Pata Suelta”. We are grateful to be able to pay a portion of his vet bill
