Lately it seems like every dog rescued from the street has heartworm. To complicate matters, the meds to treat this fatal disease are almost impossible to find in Mexico. With the help of some pretty special people, we were able to order it. We recently treated all five of the pups pictured. Only one of them, Pinky, is with our rescue. The other 4 are with different groups. We would love to be able to cover the cost of treating their dogs too.
