Ojitos (little eyes) was rescued from a life of neglect last September by an independent rescuer. We have no way of knowing if she was born on the street or she was once a family pet who outgrew her usefulness to her “owners”. After her rescuer treated her transmissible venereal tumor with chemo, it was time to treat her heartworm. However the meds to treat heartworm are not available in Mexico. Without it dogs will die. I was able to order some recently from the US, so I donated it to help Ojitos. It is a series of two injections 24 hours apart. We hope she will make a full recovery and go on to live a beautiful life ♥️ Thank you to our supporters who donate so we can do awesome stuff like this 💗
