We named her Isabella. She was dying on the street. It wasn’t something dramatic. It happened slowly over time. She was starving. No one helped her. Until we saw a post on FB. Our rescue partners Pilar Lozano, Adriana Arcos Arcos & Ingrid Angelina Lopez rushed to pick her up off the street and brought her to our vet. She is on iv meds and already had a blood transfusion. It seems she has survived distemper, as she has a residual tic. Please think good thoughts for this baby who is barely a year old. We are grateful to be able to sponsor her vetting. This is why we focus so heavily on spay/neuter campaigns. No dog deserves to live or die on the street. We will keep fighting for them.
