Yesterday we saw a post on FB about a sick chihuahua abandoned on the street. He is bones. Our rescue partners Ingrid Angelina Lopez, Pilar Lozano & Adriana Arcos Arcos are on the scene now. They scooped him up and are rushing him to our vet. Thank you Miríam Rodríguez Domínguez for being the person who didn’t ignore him. There is so much sorrow here and we are really struggling financially, but if we say no, what then?
